Terms of sale

Purpose

These terms govern the consulting, automation and AI-development services provided by Blob Consulting. They are supplemented by the accepted commercial proposal (quote).

Project-based pricing

Our services are billed per project (fixed fee), not at a day rate. Default terms: 50% on signature, 50% on final validation of deliverables.

Deliverables and ownership

On final validation, the client owns the delivered code, documentation and workflows in full. Open-source or standard SaaS stack, with no proprietary lock-in.

POC guarantee

On short POCs, we scope the expected deliverable precisely; longer projects are milestone-based (50/50) with validation at each step, you stay in control.

Confidentiality

A mutual NDA can be signed on request. Publicly mentioned projects are anonymized where required.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute regarding their validity, interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
